Water Team
The
president and founder of Custom Pure is James R.
Fox, Ph.D.. Before entering the water treatment
business, he earned a Masters degree in Air and Water
Resources and a Doctoral Degree in Polymer Chemistry
at the University of Washington. This research background
gives Jim a unique ability to evaluate new products
on the market and apply them to your needs.  He
determines if the product's claims are reasonable and
then does additional in-house testing. Continuing education
has been through the Water Quality Association where
he has earned the title of Certified Water Specialist-V
as well as Certified Installer.
Jim's
partner in business and life is Pat Fox, MBA.
After 15 years working in health care, she called it
quits and joined Jim in the family business. Pat has
been responsible for setting up and maintaining the
business structure and is always striving to provide
the best customer service possible. Pat also participates
in the continuing education offered by the Water Quality
Association and has earned the tile of Certified Water
Specialist-V.
