Shipping Costs

To estimate the shipping costs for your purchases:

1. Determine if the shipping destination is in Zone A (Western U.S.), Zone B (Central and Eastern U.S.) or Zone C (Alaska & Hawaii) (see zone definitions below).

2. For each individual item you are purchasing, locate the package’s weight, and then scan over to the shipping cost estimate column for your particular Zone to locate the shipping cost estimate.

3. Remember to calculate shipping weight by individual items to determine your maximum estimated cost. (Example: For a 3 lb item and a 5 lb item, your maximum estimated shipping cost is the cost for a 3 lb. box added to the cost for a 5 lb box, not the cost for an 8 lb. box). If we can ship your purchase at a lower cost by combining products in one box, we will pass the savings on to you.

4. If the estimated cost is acceptable, then continue with your purchase and we will add the actual shipping cost to your invoice.

5. If your actual shipping cost is greater than the estimated amount, we will contact you for authorization to ship. If we do not receive authorization after one week, your order will be canceled.

6. Exceptions:

• Glass Bottles - Add $2.50 per package to the shipping estimate for special packaging.
• Recharge Purchases - Double the shipping estimate to allow for the return trip of your spent tank, then add $7.50 for UPS pick up.

Please note: For Alaska and Hawaii, we will email you with a shipping cost quote and will not ship until we receive your authorization to do so.

Shipping Zones:
Zone A: The Western USA, including California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.

Zone B: The Central and Eastern USA, including all states not in Zone A or C.

Zone C: Alaska and Hawaii
