At Custom Pure, we offer a variety of filtration systems to meet your particular needs. But even more importantly, we are trained professionals ready to help you determine what type of water treatment equipment is needed for your particular application. From drinking water to shower water; from espresso stands to small industrial applications, Custom Pure can help with information and the product. Since 1981, Custom Pure has been helping customers select the right equipment and maintaining the equipment to insure optimum performance.

We pride ourselves in educating our customers so they can make a sound, confident decision on their water treatment equipment. In fact, the most common reason people choose Custom Pure after researching the other options, is that we can answer their questions. If we don't have the answer, we'll try to find someone who does.

There is no such thing as a filter that takes everything out and never needs servicing. There is also no such filter that performs exactly the same way on all water supplies. We at Custom Pure will take into consideration the type of water you have, the type of contaminants you may be concerned with, your capacity needs and flow rate requirements. Our professional training and years of experience in the water treatment business prepares us for accurately recommending the right equipment for you.

The president and founder of Custom Pure is James R. Fox, PhD. Before entering the water treatment business, he earned a Masters degree in Air and Water Resources and a Doctoral Degree in Polymer Chemistry. This research background gives Jim the unique ability to read about and analyze new products on the market and the associated technical research. He determines if the product's claims are valid and if there is a place for the product in Custom Pure's product offerings. Continuing education has been through the Water Quality Association where he has earned the title of Certified Water Specialist-V as well as Certified Installer.

Jim's partner in business and life is Pat Fox, MBA. After 15 years working in health care, she called it quits and joined Jim in the family business. Pat has been responsible for setting up and maintaining the business structure always striving to provide the best customer service possible. Pat also participates in the continuing education offered by Water Quality Association and has earned the tile of Certified Water Specialist-V.

The products offered by Custom Pure may be manufactured by Custom Pure or by other companies. The products designed and made by Custom Pure are the MB Series filters, the Carbon Block Filters and custom designed systems. All other products are made by other manufacturers. But before we sell another company's product, Jim Fox will carefully research and analyze their claims. Then we will personally test the product ourselves. Only if it meets our high standards, will it be added to our product line.
